FOOD Glorious FOOD!
long tiring day at school again... it happens every thursday...met darling at eunos after sch and we headed down to aljunied for dim sum at ho kee.. didn't take the pics of the dim sums... not that fantastic... quality kinda dropped.. still prefer the dim sum at parkway.. =)
den we walked down to rochor beancurd... beancurd's good.. left us feeling damn full after that.. and we walked further on to the paya lebar singpost building to slack.. went mac and chilled and talk.. another nice simple day...
i'm tired but i'm still here at this time.. haha.. contradiction.. =X
here's a recipe for those who are interested in:
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES with M&Ms
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Chopped Peanuts
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
- M&Ms (add according to own preference)
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 170°C.
2) Beat egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed till foamy.
3) Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
4) Shape into 1 inch balls.
5) Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet and flatten balls.
6) Bake for 10 min. or till lightly brown.
